Volunteer Registration

To register as a volunteer for the 2012 Mylan Classic, you may elect to register online, by mail, fax, or by signing up at the Tournament Office.

Nearly all of the PGA TOUR's 100-plus events including the Mylan Classic are structured as 501(c)3 non-profit organizations designed to donate 100% of net proceeds to local charities. As such, we ask that you make a $30 non-refundable donation to the Mylan Classic in order to help offset the cost of the volunteer package.

If you choose to mail in your registration, you may download a PDF version of the registration form, complete it, and return it to the address noted below. If you would like to receive additional volunteer registration forms for your friends or family please call us at (724) 746-3535.

If you elect to return the printable form, please remit a non-refundable check, in the amount of $30, made out to Mylan Classic and mail it to the following address.

Volunteer Package Includes
-A commemorative Mylan Classic golf shirt, hat, and Mylan Classic collector's pin -Commemorative World Golf Hall of Fame pin
-One (1) Grounds Pass Ticket for yourself and one (1) to give to a friend
-An invitation to the volunteer appreciation party on Sunday
-Food and refreshments while volunteering throughout tournament week.
-An invitation to play volunteer golf at the Southpointe Golf Club and invite three guests to play at a discounted rate (a minimum of four shifts must be completed to receive this invitation)

Note: There is no specific amount of shifts required to volunteer for the Mylan Classic.
