• If you use a web-based e-mail platform (G-mail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc.) simply copy and paste the text in the Microsoft Word document into the body of your e-mail.
• If you use Microsoft Outlook click on the Outlook icon to the right, select Allow to any prompts, and choose your recipients.
• Regardless of how you send the e-mail, please remember to replace all RED text.
